This is so wonderful. Finally something that is fair, clear cut, and allows everyone to reap the appropriate consequences of their living choices. If you choose to drive a huge, expensive gas guzzler, you should pay for it. Choose to drive something more economical and safer to our planet? You should get the breaks that are being proposed.
